  OK, first off, let me say that I DO like The Quest very much. I like places that support live music, and they've done that for a long time. Having said that, I'll tell you about my experience there Saturday night, February 18th. I had a reservation for 8 P.M. for two people. When I got there, the hostess said, "We really got slammed, we're running behind". OK, no big deal, I can wait. Then, she disappeared for over 10 minutes, and a line of people formed that led out the door. Finally, she reappeared, and told me the table was almost ready. Then, she disappeared again. Finally, about 8:30, we sat down. No waitress for almost 15 minutes. Finally, I got her attention as she flew by. We got our drinks, and waited another 10 minutes. We were about ready to leave, and she showed up to take our order. FINALLY...we got our food after 9 P.M. The food was good, no complaints about that. The live music was good too, the band was called Replay, and I enjoyed listening to them. I thought the volume was just right, not too loud, not too quiet. And, as the night wore on, the service improved. Normally, I wouldn't say that much about the service, but pretty much the same thing happened on my birthday weekend last November. They gave my reservation to the wrong people, and the hostess kept disappearing. So, I give the Quest high marks for the food, and high marks for the music. But, I gotta dock'em a notch for the service. The hostess stand gives the impression of being in chaos, and it takes away from the rest of the experience. We'll go there again, and I'll cross my fingers that the service improves.

  Such nice decor, but it doesn't matter how nice you are, how much you tip, or who you have with you they are destined and committed to providing you crappy service with a smirk if disapproval. NOTE: I am in business myself and it takes A LOT for me to give a negative review, but I want SO badly to love this place I gave them 3 tries after they remodeled and my last experience was the straw that broke the camel's back. Done. I'm not paying to be treated like an .......
